Shipping Policy

At Aionline.pk, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for our customers. Please review the following shipping guidelines:

  1. Processing and Delivery Time
    • Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
    • Standard delivery time is 4 to 5 working days. However, during busy shopping seasons or mega sales events, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
    • There are no deliveries on Sundays.
  2. Order Confirmation and Payment
    • If an order is canceled or not received by the customer for any reason, an advance payment of PKR 500 will be required for the next order.
    • For orders exceeding PKR 15,000, customers must deposit 10% of the order amount as an advance payment.
  3. Delivery Address
    • Orders will be delivered to the home or office address provided at the time of order placement.
    • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
    • All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt.
  4. Delivery Attempts
    • We will attempt to deliver your order at least twice to the specified address. If delivery is unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
  5. Refund Deductions
    • If you wish to refund your order as per our Return & Exchange Policy, a deduction of PKR 200 will be applied to the total refund amount.
