At Aionline.pk, we aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your product.

Exchanges or returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging.

  • As per international standards, up to a 1-inch difference in measurements is acceptable.
  • A deduction of PKR 200 will apply to the total refund amount.
  • Return or exchange shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • The processing of returns and exchanges may take 5-10 working days.

Exchange Policy

  1. What if I need to replace the product size?
    • If the size you ordered doesn’t fit, pack the product in its original packaging with all accompanying tags.
    • Ship or deliver the package to our office address (to be provided upon request).
    • Once we receive the product, we will process the exchange for the new size, subject to availability.
    • This process may take 4-6 working days.
  2. What if I want to exchange the product with another product?
    • If you’re not satisfied with the product and wish to exchange it, pack the product in its original packaging with all accompanying tags.
    • Ship or deliver the package to our office address (to be provided upon request).
    • Once we receive the product, we will process the exchange for the new product(s), subject to availability.
    • This process may take 4-6 working days.

Return Policy

  1. What if I wish to return my product?
    • If you’re not satisfied with the product and wish to return it, send or courier the product to our office address (to be provided when filing a return).
    • Once we receive the product and confirm it is unused and all tags are intact, we will process your refund.
  2. How will I receive my refund?
    • You can choose between the following refund options:
      • Cash Back: We can transfer your refund amount via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
    • A deduction of PKR 200 will apply to the refund amount.
    • The refund process may take 5-10 working days.
